We make our process as honest and respectful as possible. We value your time as much as ours — no 10-hour take-home tests.

| Intro call (30 min) | A conversation with someone from the team — not HR. We talk about your work, ask questions, and answer yours honestly. |
| Technical interview (90 min) | A focused interview on craft. For technical roles, a short problem we work through together, live. No LeetCode. For others, a case discussion. |
| Offer | If it is a match, we move fast — an offer within 48 hours of the final interview, with full transparency on comp and equity. |

## Frequently asked questions

### Do you hire outside the UK?

Yes — most of our roles are fully remote and open worldwide. A few roles (like our Compliance Officer) require a UK presence. Each listing says clearly where we are hiring.

### What's the salary range?

Every role on our careers page lists the salary range upfront. We pay competitive, location-agnostic salaries and review compensation every 6 months — not just at annual reviews.

### How does equity work?

Every employee receives stock options from day one, vesting over 4 years with a standard 1-year cliff. We walk you through the terms in full during the offer stage — no hidden surprises.

### How long does the hiring process take?

Our typical process takes 2–3 weeks from first contact to offer. If you are in a time crunch, let us know early — we can usually move faster.
