## Frequently asked questions

### Do members need to download the Axra app to give?

No. Members give through a simple link on any browser — no download, no registration. They tap, enter the amount, and confirm. Axra account holders get an even faster one-tap experience.

### How much does Axra Church cost?

Zero platform fee. We charge a small processing fee per transaction (similar to standard card fees) and nothing else. No monthly subscription, no setup fee, no hidden charges.

### Can we use Axra Church to pay salaries and expenses too?

Yes. Axra Church is a full financial account — you can receive tithes and offerings, and also pay staff salaries, pay vendors, and transfer between ministry accounts.

### How do diaspora members give from abroad?

Diaspora members use the same giving link. They pay in USD, GBP, EUR or CAD using their card or Axra wallet. Axra converts at live rates and the naira lands in your church account within minutes.

### Is the member giving data private?

Yes. Only authorized church administrators can see individual giving records. Members only see their own transaction history. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

### How many ministry accounts can we have?

Unlimited. Create separate accounts for tithes, offerings, building fund, welfare, youth ministry, and any special project. Each has its own balance, transactions, and reports.
