## Frequently asked questions

### Is the Personal plan actually free forever?

Yes. Your Axra Personal account has no monthly or yearly charge — ever. You only pay a small 1% fee when you make a transfer. No credit card is required to sign up.

### Can I switch between plans at any time?

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any point from your account settings. Upgrades activate immediately; on a downgrade you keep your features until the end of the current billing cycle.

### What happens if I exceed my monthly transfer limit?

You'll be notified as you approach your limit. Transfers beyond it pause until the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade mid-month to continue immediately — no retroactive charges.

### How does annual billing work?

Choose annual billing to pay upfront for 12 months and get 20% off the monthly rate. For Pro that is £86.40/year instead of £108. You can request a prorated refund within 14 days if the plan is not right for you.

### Are there any hidden fees?

No. The subscription fee and transfer fee are the only charges — no account maintenance fees, no inactivity fees, no card issuance fees (the physical card is free on Pro), and no FX markup: we use the mid-market rate.
