## Frequently asked questions

### Is the Personal plan actually free forever?

Yes. Your Axra Personal account has no monthly or yearly charge — ever. You pay a flat $1 fee per transfer, plus a 0.5% spread when a conversion is involved. No credit card is required to sign up.

### Can I switch between plans at any time?

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any point from your account settings. Upgrades activate immediately; on a downgrade you keep your features until the end of the current billing cycle.

### Are there limits on how much I can send?

Yes, and they depend on how far your identity verification has progressed rather than on which plan you are on. Your current limits are shown in the app, and completing verification raises them.

### How does annual billing work?

Choose annual billing to pay for 12 months upfront. Pro is $99.99 a year against $119.88 billed monthly, and Business is $199.99 against $239.88 — about 17% either way. You can request a prorated refund within 14 days if the plan is not right for you.

### Are there any hidden fees?

There are no account maintenance fees and no inactivity fees. What you do pay is the flat $1 fee per transfer and, where a currency conversion is involved, an FX spread — 0.5% on Personal, 0% on Pro and Business. Some rails carry their own fixed cost, which is shown to you in the quote before you confirm.
