About this role
We are looking for a Product Manager focused on growth — the kind who understands that growth in fintech isn’t just about acquisition funnels. It is about building enough trust, fast enough, that people move their life savings through your app.
You will own our growth product surface: onboarding, activation, referral, and retention. You will work directly with engineering, design, and marketing, using data to find where users drop off and shipping the changes that fix it.
What you'll do
- Own the growth product roadmap — from first-send activation to long-term retention and referral mechanics
- Define and monitor north-star metrics; run structured experiments to move them
- Work with engineering and design to ship, test, and iterate fast — weekly release cadence
- Dig into user behaviour via analytics and qualitative interviews to surface the real blockers
- Partner with marketing on lifecycle messaging, push notifications, and in-app campaigns
- Identify new segments and markets to enter, building the product case and localisation requirements
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of product management, with a focus on growth or consumer product
- Strong analytical ability — comfortable in SQL, can read a funnel, and know when a number is lying to you
- Experience running A/B tests and interpreting results with statistical rigour
- Clear, direct communicator who can write a tight PRD and lead a sprint review
- Empathy for users — ideally you have lived the problem of sending money home
- Comfortable with ambiguity; you don’t need a playbook to do your best work
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, payments, or consumer financial products
- Experience launching products in African or diaspora markets
- Familiarity with regulatory constraints in regulated financial environments
What we offer
- Salary: £65,000 – £80,000, reviewed every 6 months
- Equity — stock options for every employee from day one, vesting over 4 years with a 1-year cliff
- Remote-first — work from anywhere, with team members across multiple countries
- Learning budget for courses, books, and conferences every year
- Comprehensive health cover for you and your dependants
- Best-in-class equipment — MacBook Pro and any tools you need
- Flexible hours and unlimited PTO — we mean it
