This Cookie Policy explains how Axra, operated by GoFree Global Inc. ("Axra," "we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our websites and web applications, including app.useaxra.com and www.useaxra.com (collectively, the "Services").
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device) when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used by website owners to make their websites function efficiently, provide a better user experience, and to provide reporting information.
Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, Axra) are called "first-party cookies." Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called "third-party cookies." Third-party cookies enable third-party features or functionality to be provided on or through the website (e.g., analytics, content delivery networks, and security services).
2. How We Use Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for the following purposes:
- Authentication and Security: To authenticate users, maintain secure sessions, prevent fraud, and protect our Services from malicious activity
- Functionality: To remember your preferences, settings, and choices when you return to our Services
- Performance and Analytics: To understand how visitors interact with our Services, analyze usage patterns, and improve our platform
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding data protection and privacy
3. Types of Cookies We Use
3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for you to access and use our Services. They enable core functionality such as secure authentication, session management, and security features. Without these cookies, our Services cannot function properly.
Examples include:
- Authentication tokens for maintaining your logged-in session
- CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) protection tokens
- Security cookies from our content delivery network and web application firewall (Cloudflare)
- Load balancing cookies to ensure optimal service delivery
You cannot opt out of strictly necessary cookies through our Services, but you can disable them through your browser settings. However, doing so may prevent you from using our Services.
3.2 Performance and Analytics Cookies
These cookies collect information about how visitors use our Services, such as which pages are visited most often, how users navigate through our platform, and whether users encounter errors. The information collected is aggregated and anonymized.
We use Google Analytics to help us understand user behavior and improve our Services. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form. The information generated about your use of our Services is transmitted to and stored by Google.
3.3 Functionality Cookies
These cookies allow our Services to remember choices you make (such as your preferred language, region, or theme settings) and provide enhanced, more personalized features. They may also be used to remember changes you have made to text size, fonts, and other customizable parts of web pages.
The information these cookies collect is usually anonymized, and they cannot track your browsing activity on other websites.
4. Third-Party Cookies
In addition to our own cookies, we may also use third-party cookies to report usage statistics of our Services and deliver analytics services.
4.1 Cloudflare
Our Services use Cloudflare as a content delivery network (CDN) and web application firewall (WAF). Cloudflare may set cookies for security purposes, including:
- __cflb: Load balancing cookie to distribute traffic across multiple servers
- __cf_bm: Bot management cookie to distinguish between legitimate users and automated bots
- cf_clearance: Security clearance cookie following a security challenge
These cookies are necessary for the security and proper functioning of our Services.
4.2 Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to analyze how users interact with our Services. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as:
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Traffic sources (where visitors come from)
- Browser and device information
- Geographic location (country/city level)
Google Analytics cookies used on our Services may include:
- _ga: Used to distinguish users (2-year expiry)
- _gid: Used to distinguish users (24-hour expiry)
- _gat: Used to throttle request rate (1-minute expiry)
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
5. Cookie Duration
Cookies can be either "session cookies" or "persistent cookies":
-
Session Cookies: These are temporary cookies that expire when you close your browser. They are used to maintain your session while you navigate through our Services.
-
Persistent Cookies: These cookies remain on your device for a set period of time specified in the cookie, or until you delete them. They are used to remember your preferences and recognize you when you return to our Services.

8. Impact of Disabling Cookies
If you choose to disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of our Services may become inaccessible or not function properly. Specifically:
-
Strictly Necessary Cookies: Disabling these cookies will prevent you from logging into your account and using core features of our Services. Authentication and security features will not work.
-
Performance/Analytics Cookies: Disabling these cookies will not affect your ability to use our Services, but it will limit our ability to improve the platform based on user behavior analysis.
-
Functionality Cookies: Disabling these cookies may result in your preferences not being saved, requiring you to reset your preferences each time you visit our Services.
9. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activity tracked. Currently, there is no industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals. At this time, our Services do not respond to DNT browser signals or mechanisms. However, you can use the cookie management options described in Section 7 to control tracking.
We will continue to monitor developments in DNT browser technology and industry standards, and may implement DNT signal responses in the future if a standard emerges.
10. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
We encourage you to review this Cookie Policy periodically to stay informed about how we use cookies. If we make material changes to this Cookie Policy, we will provide notice through our Services or by other means as appropriate.
Your continued use of our Services after any changes to this Cookie Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
