Military-grade encryptionEvery piece of financial data — in transit and at rest — is protected with AES-256 encryption and TLS 1.3, the same standard used by global banks.
Two-factor authenticationEvery login and transaction requires a second factor — SMS code, authenticator app, or biometric. Your PIN alone is never enough to move money.

Biometric security

On supported devices, Axra uses your device's biometric hardware — fingerprint reader or Face ID — as a second layer of access control. Biometric data never leaves your device; we only receive a cryptographic confirmation that authentication succeeded.

Your account tools

Beyond what we do in the background, the Axra app gives you direct control over your security posture:

  • View all active sessions and log out any device remotely
  • Set custom daily and per-transaction spending limits
  • Receive login alerts for every sign-in, including location and device type
  • Enable or disable international card payments with one tap
